Seriously, what’s the point of cigarettes? They provide nothing useful to society. You lose your money and then eventually gain an addiction and lung cancer.

They help you steady your aim when you use the sniper rifle, but lower your health at the same time.

Also, Snake smuggled them in his stomach so maybe not the best idea to smoke them anyways.
